Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across social platforms, with proven expertise on LinkedIn.
- Deep knowledge of B2B and B2C paid strategies across multiple platforms, particularly LinkedIn, META and Google Ads.
- Proven experience executing ABM strategies and a strong understanding of B2B lead generation tactics.
- Experience with campaign management systems (e.g., Smartly.io or similar) and excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability for agile, data-driven optimisation and a strong collaborative mindset for driving integrated marketing efforts across internal teams.
