Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, in B2B SaaS products.
- Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems, balancing customer needs with scalable, long-term product thinking
- Experience designing multi-user, multi-role workflows and products that serve teams and enterprise customers.
- Strong ownership and decision-making skills, including setting priorities, making trade-offs, and being accountable for workflow outcomes
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, able to influence stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design and Sales
- Data-driven and outcome-oriented, with experience defining success metrics, tracking adoption, and iterating based on insights
- The ability to lead in complex and uncertain environments and thrive when you drive change and create structure
