Epic Staffing Group is a fast-growing company that provides staffing solutions to the high-demand and rapidly expanding industries of Life Sciences and Healthcare. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the initial stages of the Clinician on Assignment (COA) recruitment process and building a robust talent pipeline.

Requirements

• Two years of recruiting experience; healthcare recruiting experience preferred
• Professional & Technical Expertise: Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job's impact to the organization
• Using Specialized Technology: Work with electronic hardware and software applications specific to the role
• Action & Results Focus: Work independently, see business needs and proactively accomplish them for the betterment of their team and the organization
• Self-Management: Analyze work, set goals, develop plans of action, utilize time
• Informing: Proactively obtain and share information tailored to the audience
• Customer Focus: Attend to the needs and expectations of customers
• Influencing: Affect or change others' positions and opinions
