As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the initial stages of the Clinician on Assignment (COA) recruitment process and building a robust talent pipeline.
Requirements
- Two years of recruiting experience; healthcare recruiting experience preferred
- Professional & Technical Expertise: Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job's impact to the organization
- Using Specialized Technology: Work with electronic hardware and software applications specific to the role
- Action & Results Focus: Work independently, see business needs and proactively accomplish them for the betterment of their team and the organization
- Self-Management: Analyze work, set goals, develop plans of action, utilize time
- Informing: Proactively obtain and share information tailored to the audience
