Medical Recruiting Specialist - FULL TIME

AdvisaCare is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join their growing team in the Detroit and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will source, screen, and place qualified candidates with clients, build relationships with candidates and Scheduling Coordinators, and manage the full recruitment cycle.

Requirements

• 1+ year of recruiting experience (staffing agency experience preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple job openings and deadlines
• Experience using job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for connecting people
