AdvisaCare is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join their growing team in the Flint and Saginaw area. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates with clients. This is a full-time, on-site position with extreme growth potential.

Requirements

• 1+ year of recruiting experience (staffing agency experience preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple job openings and deadlines
• Experience using job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for connecting people
