The Channel Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing paid lead generation efforts across job boards, digital advertising, and partner platforms.
Requirements
- Three years of experience managing paid media, job board platforms, or digital advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and marketing dashboards.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and optimizing lead generation partnerships.
- Knowledge of UTM tagging, lead attribution, and CRM/ATS data flow.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Basic understanding of compliance regulations, including opt-out requirements and 10DLC for SMS.
