Requirements
- Delivery Expertise: Proven track record of leading or contributing to the successful delivery of digital, data, or geospatial programmes within the national security sector.
- Business Development & Capture: Demonstrable experience in shaping, influencing, and securing National Security opportunities, ideally within multi-vendor, prime-led frameworks.
- Procurement Knowledge: Strong understanding of National Security procurement routes and frameworks.
- Strategic Engagement: Ability to build trusted relationships and influence direction at senior levels within customer and partner organisations.
- Proven ability to balance programme delivery responsibilities with business development activities.
- Technical Literacy: Strong technical awareness, with the capability to communicate complex concepts clearly and accessibly.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve problems, and identify new business opportunities with a growth mindset.
