We are looking for a DEXIS Inside Sales Supervisor (EU) who is responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive customer engagement, identifying sales opportunities, and supporting the field sales team while also building, leading, and optimizing a high-performing Inside Sales team across the EU region.
Requirements
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Promote and upsell products (HW, SW, and Ecommerce) to existing and potential customers.
- Respond to product-related inquiries and connect customers with product experts when needed.
- Provide official training materials, brochures, and product documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with end users to understand their needs and drive loyalty, with documentation in CRM (Salesforce).
- Conduct post-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and identify further opportunities.
- Drive proactive outreach and engagement for SW (DTX) solutions.
- Handle cold and warm leads through structured calling and qualification.
- Convert Sales Qualified Leads to Opportunities in close collaboration with DSS, KAM & RSM
- Promote and sell SW (DTX) licenses and modular solutions.
- Ensure timely renewals and customer retention.
- Sell Service Level Agreements once defined and available.
- Identify upsell opportunities within existing software install base.
- Schedule and conduct remote demonstrations of SW (DTX)
- Recruit, onboard, and train Inside Sales Representatives.
- Set clear performance expectations and KPIs.
- Monitor team performance against quotas and provide actionable insights.
- Oversee daily operations, lead distribution, pipeline management, and CRM hygiene.
- Ensure consistent execution of sales processes, scripts, and demo protocols.
- Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and career development planning.
- Foster a collaborative, competitive, and customer-centric team culture.
- Help build a strong internal inside sales team aligned with GTM Strategy.
- Help to onboard external inside sales agencies incl Source, contract etc.
- Provide training, tools, and performance metrics to internal and external inside sales teams.
- Monitor internal & external team performance and ensure alignment with company standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through post-sales follow-up and issue resolution.
- Champion customer feedback to improve sales processes and product offerings.
