Job Description
The HVAC/R Technician is responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC equipment, including DX equipment, packaged AC units, and water source heat pumps. They must have technical expertise, excellent communication and customer service skills, and be able to work in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of commercial experience, a Universal Refrigerant Card, and a high school or trade school graduate or GED.
Requirements
- High School or Trade School Graduate or GED
- Universal Refrigerant Card (Type I or Universal)
- At least 10 years of commercial experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Flexibility to work a rotating on-call schedule
- Maintain regular and acceptable attendance
- Maintain a clean and neat appearance at all times
- Keep company tools in good condition
