Job Description
The HVAC/R Service Technician is responsible for servicing, performing maintenance, and repairing commercial HVAC equipment, including air handling equipment, gas fired and electric heating systems, and pneumatic, electronic, and modular DDC control systems. The technician must have excellent communication and customer service skills, and be able to work in a team and individual environment.
Requirements
- High School or Trade School Graduate or GED
- Universal Refrigerant Card (Type I or Universal)
- At least 10 years of commercial experience
- Regular and acceptable attendance
- Flexible working schedule, including on call rotation for stand by emergency service
- Clean and neat appearance at all times
- Clean truck and equipment at all times
- Adherence to safety rules and regulations
