Job Description
As an Expert Customer Relationship Management, you will be part of Plenitude Società Benefit's Regia CRM & War Room team, responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system, supporting sales, marketing, and customer care activities.
Requirements
- Laurea magistrale in ambito ingegneristico o economico
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza pregressa nell’ambito di organizzazioni complesse nel mondo retail utility o telco oppure in primarie società di consulenza con partecipazione a progetti in società utility o telco
- Conoscenza approfondita dei principali kpi monitorati tipicamente nell'ambito del CRM
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
