Requirements

• Participating in analyses in the field of competition law, abuse of dominant position, and state aid;
• Providing assistance on certain development, acquisition, sale, creation of joint venture and partnership projects from the perspective of competition law;
• Participating in support of the lawyers of the team in the elaboration of opinions, notes and recommendations, training materials, practical guides, for the operational entities of the Group, in European, French and, if applicable, foreign competition law.
