Job Description
We are a global reference group in low-carbon energy and services. We are seeking a Cited Companies Lawyer (H/F) to join our Organs and Governance Department (DOSGG) to contribute to the preparation of the Universal Registration Document (DEU), ensure the application of corporate law and compliance with stock exchange regulations, and manage the relationship with individual shareholders.
Requirements
- Hold a higher education degree in corporate law
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate law of listed companies
- Knowledge of stock exchange law and/or accounting and financial subjects (asset)
- Rigorous, adaptable, and a strong interest in project-based work
- Strong writing skills
- Good ability to work in a highly demanding environment and tight deadlines
- Level C1 (CECRL) English proficiency
- A strong sense of discretion and confidentiality
