Insurance Manager

Enfinity Global is seeking a strategic and hands-on Insurance Manager to lead and manage the company's global insurance and claims management programs. This role involves safeguarding organizational assets, facilitating growth across multiple geographies, and ensuring effective risk transfer strategies. The manager will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements

• Administering, buying and maintaining comprehensive property, casualty, management liability and other insurance programs.
• Overseeing claims, including tracking analytics and leading a claims management effort.
• Reviewing insurance and indemnity provisions in construction contracts and legal documents.
• Managing surety bond program, including bid bonds, performance bonds, and licensing bonds.
• Driving accountability in performance metrics and goals for insurance-related activities.
• Lead enterprise risk strategy by identifying operational and contractual exposures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, operations, and safety teams.
• Oversee strategic risk initiatives, including due diligence for acquisitions and legal counsel in claims and contract disputes.
