Job Description
Enfinity Global is seeking a strategic and hands-on Insurance Director to lead and manage the company's global insurance and claims management programs. The ideal candidate will have around 6-8 years of large commercial insurance experience in claims management, underwriting and/or risk management, with experience in compliance, financial, and claims forecasting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with an insurance, risk management, engineering, or finance background
- Around 6-8 years of large commercial insurance experience in claims management, underwriting and/or risk management
- Experience managing renewable energy, infrastructure, construction, and/or energy generation projects
- Professional certifications such as CPCU, CRIS, ARM, or other similar certifications
- Experience working in a global environment that includes the United States, Europe, India, and Japan
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to influence across functions and lead cross-functional risk initiatives
