Workday Developer (Hybrid: Orange, CA - US)

Energy Solutions is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Workday Developer to join their growing team. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Workday solutions within various platforms, supporting HR, Finance, and other departments. The position focuses on improving organizational efficiency and employee experience through data accuracy and automation, and requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Ability to design, configure, and support integrations across HRIS, payroll, benefits, and financial systems using Workday Studio, EIB, and web services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday technical issues and system errors.
• Support end users with Workday functionality, access, and reporting needs.
• Develop, test, and deploy Workday reports and calculated fields.
• Design and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements for enhancements and process improvements.
• Strong ability to interpret business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure data accuracy.
