Job Description
Energy Solutions is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Workday Developer to join their growing team. This role will focus on designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Workday solutions for HR, Finance, and PSA platforms. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on data accuracy and automation to support organizational efficiency and employee experience.
Requirements
- Design, configure, and support integrations across HRIS, payroll, benefits, and financial systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday technical issues.
- Develop, test, and deploy Workday reports and calculated fields.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and documentation skills.
