Job Description
EnduroSat is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to bridge the gap between customer vision and technical execution. The role involves communicating complex engineering solutions, designing satellite systems, and ensuring compliance with mission objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills and experience in space technology.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc degree in aerospace engineering, electronics, computer science, or a related field
- 8+ years experience in the design and development of nanosats and/or smallsats
- Deep knowledge of satellite systems, including subsystems such as communication, power, and propulsion
- Expertise in setting and decomposing requirements across different domains
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools for satellite design and analysis
- Experience analyzing and optimizing mission budgets
- Experience with orbit simulation tools
- Strong project and risk management skills
- Working knowledge of programming languages (C/C++, Python) and UML/SysML
- Familiarity with DFMEA
- Experience using Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence)
- Professional experience in writing and managing technical requirements
