Job Description
EnduroSat is seeking a Head of Product Assurance to oversee all aspects of product assurance for their space systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving continuous improvement. This role requires leading a team of professionals, managing risk assessments, and collaborating with suppliers and testing facilities. The company is a fast-growing space scale-up specializing in advanced software-flexible satellites.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior product assurance role
- Strong knowledge of space industry standards (ECSS, NASA GEVS)
- Extensive experience with risk management and supplier collaboration
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Hands-on experience in space product assurance
- Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
