Job Description
Encord is a rapidly growing AI infrastructure company seeking a TechOps Specialist to support users, manage devices, maintain networks, and ensure smooth IT operations. The company focuses on building AI infrastructure and has experienced significant growth in a few years.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support, TechOps or IT administration experience
- Solid experience with macOS device management tools (e.g., HexNode, Kandji)
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN)
- Experience with endpoint security solutions
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset
