They're seeking a Senior Talent Partner to build and scale their commercial team in the US, focusing on sourcing, outreach, and candidate closing. The role is both internal and external focused, with the potential to become a key building block of the Encord team and contribute to the company's success.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a hyper-growth startup or similar fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to build a business.
- Exceptional performance record (work, academics, etc.).
- Ruthless prioritization, strong organizational skills, and focus on outcomes.
- Results-oriented with bias to action and autonomous approach.
- Clear and concise communication skills, including writing persuasive outreach.
