Job Description
Dust is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to build its US GTM teams from scratch. The role involves full-cycle recruiting, building scalable processes, partnering with leadership, and shaping the US talent operations. They are backed by Sequoia and aim to x5 their growth by the end of 2025. This is a builder role in a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a mix of agency and in-house startup experience, specifically focused on GTM hiring (sales, CS, marketing).
- Proven sourcing expertise.
- Data-driven mindset.
- Strong ownership and autonomy.
- An expert closer and negotiator.
- Skilled at influencing hiring managers and leadership.
- Comfort leveraging AI and automation tools.
- Experience with Ashby or similar modern ATS platforms (nice to have)
