At Encord, we're building the AI infrastructure of the future. We're looking for a Manager of Business Development to lead and coach our Commercial Associate team.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and coaching early career sales or business development teams
- A strong track record of building and scaling outbound programmes in B2B SaaS, ideally in Series B or C environments
- Excellent communicator and mentor who brings energy and clarity to team interactions
- Comfortable working with data, you do not just report numbers you act on them
- Exposure to modern go to market tools (e.g. Apollo, Clay, Gong, HubSpot)
- Strong commercial intuition with an ability to partner cross functionally
- Deep interest in AI or ML or selling into technical buyers is a plus
