Job Description
Employment Hero is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Romania to join their Global Talent team. This role will focus on full-cycle recruitment across both UK and Canada, managing end-to-end processes from job intake to offer delivery. The specialist will partner with hiring teams to drive candidate experience and scale recruitment efforts. They will also contribute to talent initiatives across Northern Hemisphere markets.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition
- Proven success hiring across a range of commercial and/or CX functions
- Experience working in SaaS, tech, scale-up, or high-growth environments
- Strong sourcing skills and confidence using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfort working flexibly across UK and Canadian time zones
