Job Description
Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. (ESRT) is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to support the Chief Counsel and Real Estate Litigation Counsel. The role involves reviewing leases, coordinating document signing, drafting legal documents, tracking deadlines, and communicating with various parties related to real estate matters. ESRT prioritizes employee health, wellness, and continuous development in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Five (5)+ years’ legal experience in real estate
- Detail oriented and able to manage a high volume of matters with accuracy and efficiency
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of real estate law and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy
- Organizational and analytical skills, with a customer service orientation
- Detail-oriented with an ingrained dedication to the integrity of work product
- Enthusiastic with a positive attitude
- Takes initiative to identify issues and problem-solve
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects
