Paralegal - Estate Planning and Real Estate (Aspire)

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with a strong background in estate planning and real estate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of direct estate planning experience and be capable of independently preparing and managing complex legal documents, coordinating with clients and attorneys, and ensuring compliance in trust and real estate transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of estate planning paralegal experience (required)
• Experience in land trust administration or real estate law is a plus
• Experience in real estate and land trust administration (preferred)
• Paralegal degree, certification, or equivalent legal education/training
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software (Clio and/or Wealth Counsel preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential client information with discretion
