Job Description
Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. is seeking a Multifamily Portfolio Manager to develop and lead property operations strategies, supervise on-site building staff and superintendents, and coordinate maintenance and capital projects of the designated multifamily real estate portfolio.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in multifamily property management or operations experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory/managerial role overseeing multiple sites or large teams
- Strong knowledge of NYC building operations, codes, and compliance (DOB, DHCR, Local Laws, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control expenses, and oversee capital projects
