Proper is seeking a Vice President of Asset Management to oversee the portfolio-level performance of multifamily real estate assets. This role involves analyzing financial data, identifying risk and opportunity, and providing recommendations to regional operators. The ideal candidate will possess deep multifamily investment knowledge and strong analytical skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in multifamily asset management, consulting, or institutional real estate finance.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, variance analysis, and performance forecasting.
• Strong understanding of multifamily operations, controllable expenses, CapEx, and tax appeals.
• Deep financial and analytical background.
