Job Description
Eminence Home Care is seeking passionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide individualized care and assistance to clients in their homes. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, and ensuring client safety and well-being. Experience in home health, healthcare, or customer service is highly preferred.
Requirements
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and TB test
- Verification of professional references
- Willingness to travel up to 30 minutes
- Reliable transportation
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Paraprofessional certification (preferred)
