Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

Eminence Home Care is seeking talented Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide assistance with everyday living needs for clients at home. The role involves assisting with activities of daily living, mobility, meals preparation, medication reminders, companionship, and documentation. Candidates should have prior caregiving experience or willingness to learn. Compensation is based on qualifications and experience.

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and TB test
• Verification of professional references
• Reliable transportation
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English
• Willingness to travel up to 30 minutes
