Service Agent

We are partnered with a South-Florida credit union that is a leader in the industry. As the team continues to grow, they are looking to bring on a Service Agent to maintain the member experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Customer service experience required; experience in a credit union or financial institution preferred.
• Past phone experience in either customer service or a call center is preferred.
