Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager for the Member Services Center to support a team of Service Agents in escalations, adherence, and operations, focusing on the experience of members and internal team. The role requires strong leadership ability, 2-3 years of supervisory experience, and service experience in a credit union or financial institution.
Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience with a customer service team required
- Strong leadership ability, including capacity, decision-making, and attention to detail
- Service experience in a credit union or financial institution preferred
