Job Description
Lead discovery to delivery as a Senior Product Designer, driving user research, validation, and rigorous experimentation while partnering with PM/Eng/Data/Ops to ship products. Own and evolve the elmenus design system and communicate crisply with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years in product design with shipped consumer or B2B products at scale
- Demonstrated use of agentic AI / co-pilots in real workflows
- Strong research skills: planning, moderation, synthesis, and usability testing
- Portfolio that shows problem-solution clarity, outcome orientation, and systems thinking
- Tools: Figma/FigJam, prototyping (e.g., Framer/ProtoPie), research tooling (Maze/Lookback/Hotjar), and AI tools (e.g., Cursor/Copilot/v0/Notion AI)
- Excellent written/spoken communication in cross-functional settings
