Requirements

• 10+ years in lab operations, facilities, or automation infrastructure
• 3+ years experience in autonomous or highly automated lab environments
• Proven track record in designing new lab spaces with robotics
• Experience with power, HVAC, networking, and safety considerations in lab design
• Strong vendor management and project leadership skills
• Ability to bridge technical and operational needs
• Prior role as decision-maker in autonomous lab buildout
