Job Description
ID 2025-2680 is seeking a Director of Organizational Effectiveness & Engagement to align organizational culture with Mission, Vision and Values. The role involves defining employee development programs, improving team effectiveness, overseeing employee engagement, and leading strategic talent development initiatives. This position is accountable for employee learning and leadership development and performance management, as well as identifying organizational needs.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or related field (required)
- HR Certification (CHHR, PHR, SPHR, or SHRM SCP) preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Organizational Development
- Expertise in adult learning principles, organizational and leadership development best practices.
- Outstanding judgment and sound business skills
- Strong communication, presentation/facilitation and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in latest social collaboration e-learning tools and technologies
- Proficient using standard office software
- Working knowledge of project management
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- High level of time management, flexibility and ability to juggle competing priorities
