Account Service Manager DACH

We are looking for an Account Service Manager to join our Team DACH. As an Account Service Manager, you will be the driving force behind smooth operations and strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for managing key processes, supporting sales success, and collaborating internationally. You will also be expected to drive improvement and build strong relationships with our largest retail customers.

Requirements

• Higher professional education level (Bachelor-level)
• Advanced administrative skills
• Experience in logistics and supply chain is a pre
• Knowledge of ERP system (SAP) is preferred
• At least 3 years of International working experience in a customer service or sales (support) role
