Job Description
JACOB is seeking an Account Manager (m/f/d) to join their team in Cologne. The role involves long-term care of B2B customers, identifying and acquiring new customers, and representing JACOB through on-site and digital field service appointments. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer contact and service, possess strong networking skills, and be proactive and independent.
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training or a degree
- Several years of experience in customer contact and customer service, ideally also in field service
- Know the possibilities for customer retention and use them purposefully
- You are a networker and able to “open and keep doors”
- Approach your tasks proactively, structured, and independently
- Fluent German skills
- Class B driver's license
