Requirements
- Support product owner in defining the overall product strategy and roadmap
- Develop all detailed product requirements, return on investment analysis and establishing time schedules with IT, Commercial and Operations
- Create and update the ideal user digital experience
- Engage with internal stakeholders to gather feedback on product enhancement opportunities
- Develop business cases for new product development and enhancements
- Analyze build vs. partner solutions and make recommendations
- Measure success of initiatives and develop ongoing dashboards
- Commercialize new product offerings
- Lead education sessions with commercial and client on product roadmap and status updates
- Support product owner through pricing analysis and understanding how various strategies impact P&L
- Manage all fee and charge code updates for the product
