Project Managers I, II, and III are sought to assist with DOJ compliance and manage building projects through planning, design, and construction. Candidates must have experience in managing building projects and possess strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years (PMI), 10 years (PMII) or 15 years (PMIII) of progressive experience in managing building projects
- Project Management Certification
- Licensed professional or Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
- Education background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Experience with County of Los Angeles Building Code and Standards
- Strong leadership, excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to use suite of Microsoft Applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Work experience in project planning and development
- Experience working in an operational facility including maintenance type work
