Job Description
The Project Manager coordinates with Design and Construction Team staff to plan, organize, direct, and review project management activities. The role resolves complex construction project issues, develops project schedules, and monitors variances. The Project Manager also reviews applications for payment, performs fiscal management, and provides functional direction over areas of responsibility.
Requirements
- 10-15 years’ experience in Project/Construction Management of New Buildings, Facilities or School Construction and familiarity with relevant Public Codes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to take initiative and make sound decisions
- Experience on large higher education and lab research programs
- Experience with Oracle or similar PMIS systems
Benefits
- Dependent on education and experience, salary range: $115K-$180K
