As a Junior Customer Account Manager, you will be responsible for proactive support and service to an assigned portfolio of small to medium-sized Elavon clients via telephone or email. You will achieve set monthly targets in respect of sales and accounts retained, provide accurate reports on daily, weekly, monthly activity, and update the CRM systems with the outcome and success of each communication with the customer.
Requirements
- Manage a specific group of Elavon Europe’s UK base customers
- Achieve set monthly targets in respect of sales and accounts retained
- Follow up on each account with customers to ensure the customer understands the offering / promotion
- Provide accurate reports on daily, weekly, monthly activity
- Responsible for forecast of: revenue & in year new business
- Achieve and deliver on key KPI’s as set out by line manager
- Update the CRM systems with the outcome and success of each communication with the customer
- Understand and sell the whole card payment product suite
- Maintain awareness and knowledge of the business market, card payment industry, competitors and internal activities
- Collaborate with others to achieve results
- Agile and flexible in dealing with fast-changing priorities
- Identify and manage risks in compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations
- Maintain high ethical standards and gain the confidence and trust of others
