Head of Data Protection Office

As a Head of Data Protection Office, you will play a key role in the delivery of the Bank’s overall EU Data Protection/Privacy strategy and risk management. You will provide privacy/data protection related advice and guidance on various data privacy requirements, including general data processing, new business initiatives, and commercial offerings.

Requirements

• Relevant third-level qualification (e.g. law, IT, cyber security etc.)
• Specific Data Protection qualification/certification e.g. CIPP/E, CIPP/M
• 7-10 years’ experience in Financial Services and in a compliance, legal, risk or internal control role
• Demonstrable work experience and a proven track record of dealing with data protection and privacy issues
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail
