Job Description
Ekwateur is a company committed to energy transition since its creation, offering 100% renewable electricity, gas, and wood solutions to French individuals and professionals since 2016. The company is seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join its Legal Team, responsible for securing the activities of the Group and accompanying strategic projects.
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate law in a company or law firm, ideally in an IT, digital, or software environment
- Master contract law, commercial law, and IT contracts (SaaS, licenses, cloud, maintenance, integration)
- Deep understanding of the GDPR and practical experience of compliance and data protection management
- Autonomous, rigorous, with an excellent analytical sense and the ability to communicate complex subjects to non-legal stakeholders
- Good writing skills and ideally a mastery of legal English (oral and written)
- Bonus: Understanding of cybersecurity, information systems, and technological issues
