Job Description
The Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO) is a key role at Effortless Office, responsible for providing executive-level guidance and support to clients on their technology investments. The vCIO will work closely with internal teams to ensure clients receive maximum value from their technology investments and mitigate risk. This role requires a deep understanding of business operations, finance, and technology, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT
- 5+ years of leadership and client-facing roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Prior experience working with Managed Service Providers and B2B account management
- Vast understanding and experience of business operations and finance
- Vast knowledge of various IT products and solutions
- Experience working with regulatory frameworks and governing bodies (HIPAA, SOC, etc.)
- Strong organizational and technical problem-solving skills
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Dedicated to customer service and satisfaction
