Job Description
Effective School Solutions (ESS) is seeking a Director of District and School Partnerships in Washington, D.C., Oregon, and Washington, to focus on building and expanding their partnerships with K-12 schools. This role involves prospecting, developing new partnerships, conducting sales presentations, creating proposals, and managing a territory plan. ESS provides school-based mental health services and is a rapidly growing company with a strong track record.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of educational sales experience or school leadership.
- Proven track record of achieving quotas.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of the K-12 market, specifically in California.
- Demonstrated success in multi-channeled prospecting approaches.
- High degree of motivation and passion for the work.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
