Job Description
The Senior Analyst - Branch Compensation position is responsible for administering commission, bonus, and other incentive compensation programs for 19,000+ Financial Advisors across the US and Canada. The role requires developing and executing internal controls, identifying gaps in processes, and driving process improvements. The position also involves providing excellent customer service, resolving complex inquiries, and developing business insights to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years related experience in accounting, finance or related field
- Ability to work with others to accomplish tasks within specific deadlines and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills
