Job Description
EDF power solutions is seeking a Project Developer to lead and coordinate key project development functions, including permitting, landowner relations, stakeholder engagement, and financial feasibility analysis. The successful candidate will work with the Project Development team to identify and secure new sites, evaluate project acquisition and investment opportunities, and bring contracted projects to a construction-ready state.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in wind-energy, solar energy, energy storage or related energy organization/association
- Previous experience working in renewables in BC or Western Canada is very desirable
- Experience developing renewable energy projects
- Project management experience or the ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously
