Senior HSE Advisor

The Senior HSE Advisor leads and oversees programs and practices to ensure an exemplary health and safety culture as well as a strong focus on the environment throughout Linxon operations.

Requirements

• Ensure HSE risk identification and controls are applied across Linxon operations
• Drive behavioural change to continuously improve HSE performance throughout Linxon
• Develop and maintain sustainability including environmental mitigation measures
• Interface with headquarters, site staff and subcontracted companies on environmental issues
• Create and maintain tender and project documentation
• Monitor compliance with the Linxon HSE management system
• Conduct regular site inspections
• Provide HSE guidance, advice and support
• Ensure Linxon BMS is in compliance with relevant ISO standards
