Squad Lead (Engineering Manager)

In this role, you will lead a large, cross-functional team and drive the engineering vision for a core customer experience.

Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering with significant experience in leadership roles managing large or multiple teams
• Deep technical expertise in building complex B2B SaaS enterprise solutions
• Strong knowledge of modern web application development and cloud platforms
• Product Mindset: demonstrated success working in a dual-leadership setup and translating business requirements into technical strategy
• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish (C1/C2)
• Self-driven and team player
• Knowledge of how to work well in an international and multicultural environment in a fast-growing company
