Electrical Construction Project Manager

This Project Manager position for Electrical Construction involves full responsibility for various electrical needs, from marketing to project closeout and customer follow-up. The ideal candidate will have a complete understanding of project management and will supervise construction teams, manage costs, and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors.

Requirements

• 5 years of construction project experience in the regional market
• Proven record of successful relationships and marketingskills
• Superiorknowledgeofelectricalcodes and construction methods
• Demonstrated ability to read, understand, and write contracts
• Experienced in writing detailed scope proposals
• Strong computerskills – Excel, Word, estimating software (ConEstaplus)
